We met in Karlsruhe 🇩🇪
As we approach the completion of Circular TwAIn, M33 called for a touch-down visit in Karlsruhe, Germany.
On March 05-06, the Consortium gathered in Karlsruhe, hosted by Fraunhofer IOSB, for a dynamic general assembly featuring insightful presentations and engaging discussions. Over two days, participants exchanged ideas, tackled challenges, and set the stage for the project’s final months.
Day I: Looking into Circular TwAIn
The first day kicked off with updates on the project’s work packages and a comprehensive overview of Circular TwAIn’s accomplishments so far.
A key highlight was the interactive sessions focusing on the project’s Exploitation and Dissemination Activities, where partners explored innovative ways to amplify the project’s impact. These sessions led to lively discussions, uncovering fresh perspectives and new activities and leaving partners with a renewed purpose and concrete plans to enhance the project’s visibility and impact. This was followed by a session on ethics, legal and standardisation updates.
Further, two technical sessions on Dataspaces & DPP and Digital Twins (Product, Process, and Human) took place within the scope of the technical work packages.
The day concluded on a high note with a social dinner in Karlsruhe’s charming city centre, offering a relaxed setting for participants to connect after an intense, productive day.
Day II: What about the Pilots?
The second day shifted the spotlight to the project’s pilots. Partners shared the latest developments, addressed challenges, and brainstormed solutions to potential risks.
A wrap-up session brought everything together, ensuring alignment on key goals and smooth coordination for the project’s final phase.
A heartfelt thank you to Fraunhofer IOSB for hosting the meeting, to all the partners for their valuable contributions and exciting ideas, and to ENGINEERING for steering Circular TwAIn forward.
Until next time!
