From Limassol with Progress

Circular TwAIn has reached yet another milestone with its M29 periodic meeting, held in the vibrant city of Limassol, Cyprus.

On November 19-20, the Circular TwAIn Consortium convened in Limassol, hosted by SUITE5, for an engaging general assembly packed with insightful presentations and lively discussions. The 2-day event provided the perfect occasion to share ideas, tackle challenges, and lay out plans for the months ahead as the project enters its final stage.

Day I: Diving Deep in Circular TwAIn

The first day kicked off with updates on the project’s work packages and a comprehensive overview of Circular TwAIn’s achievements to date. Additionally, partners delved into three dynamic technical sessions covering Digital Twins (Product, Process & Human), Circular Economy & Wiki, and Dataspace & Digital Product Passports.

A highlight of the day was the interactive sessions focusing on the project’s Exploitation and Dissemination Activities, which sparked new ideas for maximising the project’s impact. These sessions led to lively discussions, uncovering fresh perspectives and new activities and leaving partners with a renewed purpose and concrete plans to enhance the project’s visibility and impact.

The day concluded on a high note with a social dinner by Limassol’s beautiful coastline, offering participants a chance to connect and relax after a productive day.

Day II: In the Cockpit, aka. Pilots Explained

During the second day, the spotlight turned to the project’s pilots, where partners shared progress updates, addressed data integration challenges, and strategised on overcoming potential risks.

This was followed by a session on ethics, legal and standardisation updates. The day wrapped up with a summarising session to align goals and ensure seamless coordination for the project’s next phase.
